Quickstart
The 3-minute path from “what is growth friction” to “here is my biggest growth friction.” Skip the methodology essays. Go straight to action.
Step 1: Run the audit (60 seconds)
Paste your SaaS URL. Performance is auto-measured via Google PageSpeed Insights. Answer 6 quick multi-choice questions for the other 6 factors.
Step 2: Read your weakest factor's deep dive (90 seconds)
The audit names your weakest factor + links to the per-factor method page. Each method page lists:
- What that factor measures
- Why it matters (with measured impact data)
- The 10 highest-leverage fixes (ranked by impact-per-hour)
- Common friction patterns to look for
Read the deep dive for YOUR weakest factor only. The others can wait — multiplicative scoring means fixing the weakest factor compounds the rest.
Step 3: Ship one fix this week (30 minutes – 2 hours)
Pick the single highest-leverage fix from the method page. Ship it before next Tuesday. Re-run the audit in 30 days to measure the lift.
That's it. The framework is designed for weekly iteration. Big composite lifts come from compounding small weekly fixes, not from quarterly rewrites.

The principle
Most SaaS founders fail at growth not because they don't work hard, but because they optimize the wrong factor. AUG v3 stops the guessing. You get a named weakest factor + a ranked list of fixes for it. That's the entire framework.
The audit is the entry point. The method pages are the operating manual. The benchmarks are the reference card. The case studies are worked examples. Everything else on the site is supporting context for these four.
